1. Introduction

Welcome to Ealing Exchange. These terms and conditions govern your use of our website and our currency exchange services.

2. Online Reservations

Rates quoted for online reservations are guaranteed until the end of the next working day. You must collect your order in person and provide valid identification if requested or required by law.

3. Identification Requirements

To comply with Anti-Money Laundering regulations, we require valid photographic ID (Passport or UK Driving Licence) for transactions over £3,000, or any transaction paid by debit card. We reserve the right to request ID for any transaction.

4. Payment

We accept cash (GBP) and UK debit cards. We do not accept credit cards or cheques.

5. Cancellations

If you do not collect your online reservation by the specified time, your order will automatically be cancelled.
