What are your opening hours?
Both our West Ealing and Hanwell branches are open Monday to Saturday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. We are closed on Sundays.
Do you charge commission?
No, we charge 0% commission on all travel money transactions. The rate displayed is the exact rate you will get.
Buying Currency
Can I order currency online?
Yes, you can reserve currency online through our website and collect it in-store to lock in the rate.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash and major UK debit cards. We do not accept credit cards for currency exchange to save you from cash advance fees.
Selling Currency
Will you buy back my leftover currency?
Absolutely! We buy back most major currencies. Check our live rates page or contact us for the current buy-back rates.
Do you buy foreign coins?
We typically only buy back foreign banknotes. We accept €1 and €2 coins, but generally do not accept other foreign coins.
Online Orders
How long do I have to collect my online order?
Online reservations are held until the end of the next working day. After that, the rate is no longer guaranteed.
Is there a minimum or maximum order amount online?
The minimum online order is £50. For large transactions (over £5,000), please contact us directly.
ID Requirements
Do I need ID to exchange money?
By law, we require valid photographic ID (Passport or UK Driving Licence) for any transaction of £3,000 or more, or if paying by debit card.
Can someone else collect my order?
No. The person who placed the order must collect it in person, bringing the payment card used (if applicable) and valid ID.
